Bennie the crazy corgi turns two today. Sometimes it feels like we got him yesterday and sometimes it feels like he’s been barking at passer-byes on the sidewalk for at least 10 years. Sorry walkers of downtown, despite our efforts, Bennie would like to announce your presence when you walk past our house. Consider it a loud “hello.”

Birthday boy! Alex made him a dog cake. Naturally.

Bennie’s favorite things include: bringing bones into our bed and leaving them in the sheets, licking (bowls, feet, rugs), walks but not too far, herding at the dog park, head scratches – from Alex because apparently he’s best at it, swimming and barking. The best fun is barking while swimming.
